She had the inspiration to create a memorial garden for the community behind her church 10 years ago. It is now a beautiful oasis in the high desert. We have a Seed Lending Library in Westcliffe! It is located in the West Custer County Library on Main St. You can check out seed any time the library is open. Grow it out to seed again - and return more than you take! The seed movement in ON!
